The price we quote is the price you pay.

Junk removal, bin rentals and material delivery across Toronto and the GTA. Published rates, weight allowances stated up front, and we collect the bin when we said we would.

Open from 7 am, seven days.

What we take

What we haul

If two people can carry it and it is not hazardous, it can go on the truck. The jobs below make up most of our week.

  • Spare bedrooms and garages fill a box at a time. Clearing one is a half-day for a crew and a month of weekends alone.

  • Sectionals and box springs that went in before a renovation often need breaking down. That is part of the job, not an extra.

  • Drywall, tile and old subfloor slow your trades down, and it draws complaints once it spreads onto the boulevard.

  • Most delivery crews leave the old unit behind, and a fridge cannot go to the curb with refrigerant still in it.

  • Belongings left after a move-out have to be cleared and documented before the unit can be shown again.

  • Closing dates do not move. A full clearance is booked as one visit rather than a run of weekend trips.

  • Hot tubs, treadmills, pianos and sheds need two people and a plan. Small jobs get the same booking window as large ones.

  • Old fencing, broken furniture and yard waste build up along the back wall. Most garages clear in under two hours.

Choosing a bin size

Pick by the volume of what is going, not by the size of the project. If you are between two sizes, the larger bin is almost always cheaper than paying for a second haul.

What is the job? Pick one to see which sizes suit it.
  • 4 yardAbout 1 pickup load
4 yard roll-off bin with dimensions

    Heavy material

Concrete, soil, brick and tile, where weight fills the bin long before volume does.

  • 5 yardAbout 2 pickup loads
5 yard roll-off bin with dimensions

    Larger heavy loads

Dirt, concrete, brick and asphalt beyond what a 4 yard holds. Heavy material only goes in 4 and 5 yard bins.

  • 10 yardAbout 3 pickup loads
10 yard roll-off bin with dimensions

    Single rooms

The starting size for a one-room renovation, a bathroom strip-out or a garage clearout.

  • 14 yardAbout 4 pickup loads
14 yard roll-off bin with dimensions

    Kitchens and bathrooms

The usual choice for a mid-size renovation or a full basement clearout.

  • 16 yardAbout 5 pickup loads
16 yard roll-off bin with dimensions

    Multi-room work

A kitchen plus flooring, or two rooms stripped back in the same week.

  • 20 yardAbout 6 pickup loads
20 yard roll-off bin with dimensions

    Whole-floor projects

Roofing tear-offs, large estate clearances, and deck or fence removals.

  • 22 yardAbout 7 pickup loads
22 yard roll-off bin with dimensions

    Construction and demolition

New builds, gut jobs and sites producing bulky, lightweight waste.

Driveway space needed is roughly the bin length plus ten feet, so the truck can tilt and load. Not sure it will fit? Send a photo of the driveway and we will tell you before you book.

How a job runs

1

Tell us what is going

Call, or text a couple of photos. We size the job from that and give you the price before anyone is dispatched.

2

Pick a window

You get a two-hour arrival window and a call when the truck is close. Bookings run seven days a week from 7am.

3

We clear it

The crew loads from wherever the items sit, protects doorways and floors on the way out, and sweeps up after.

4

It gets sorted

Metal, electronics and usable furniture are separated for recycling or donation before the rest goes to a transfer station.

What goes on the truck

  • Furniture, mattresses and box springs
  • Fridges, stoves, washers and dryers
  • Televisions, computers and other electronic waste
  • Drywall, lumber, tile and flooring
  • Scrap metal and old fencing
  • Yard waste, branches and sod
  • Hot tubs, sheds and play structures
  • Boxes, bags and general household clutter

What cannot go on the truck

  • Paint, solvents and other liquid chemicals
  • Motor oil, fuel and propane tanks
  • Asbestos and suspected asbestos material
  • Car and marine batteries
  • Medical or biological waste
  • Ammunition, flares and explosives

These need a licensed hazardous waste depot. Call anyway and we will point you to the nearest municipal drop-off that takes them, so the rest of the load can still go on the truck.

Why people call us back

A number that holds

Quoted before we load, from rates published on this site.

We come back for the bin

Pickup happens on the day agreed at drop-off, not whenever a truck is free.

Tight spots are normal

Narrow driveways, shared drives, laneways and awkward placements are the everyday job.

Locally owned

Calls reach the people who run the trucks, not a national booking centre.

Sorted before disposal

Metal, electronics and usable furniture come off the truck for recycling or donation.

Service area

Where we work

Based on Weston Road in York, running across the city and out into the surrounding regions daily. Sixteen municipalities are on the regular route, covering the City of Toronto, York Region, Peel, Halton and Durham.

Outside this list? Call anyway. We often travel further for larger jobs, and the drive is quoted with everything else rather than added afterwards.
